1. Shipping
Deliveries are made every two weeks. Shipping may take 3 to 5 business days.
2. Returns
Up to 7 days after receipt in original packaging
2.1. The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase process and is counted in business days. Deliveries of the Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
2.2. Checking the adequacy of the dimensions of the Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the delivery location. The Product will not be assembled or disassembled, transported by stairs and/or doors and windows, or hoisted.
2.3. Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the location provided by the Customer, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between deliveries. It is essential that there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and responsible, carrying an identification document at the address provided to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Customer understands and accepts that the order will be returned to the Correios Distribution Center.
2.4. After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or even priority delivery.
2.5. The delivery time informed during the Product purchase process takes into account the stock, region, invoice issuance process and preparation time of the Product. Each time the order delivery status is updated, the system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
2.6. The delivery shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.
2.7. LM does not authorize the carrier to:
Enter the home where the Product will be delivered;
Deliver the Product by alternative means (e.g., lifting the Product through the window);
Perform Product installation or maintenance;
Open the Product packaging;
Deliver to an address other than that stated on the invoice;
Deliver the Product to a person under 18 years of age or without identification documents.
2.8. LM is not responsible for the retention of goods at the State Treasury - SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to the customer's pending issues, and therefore, the customer must appear at the tax office so that the goods can be properly released, considering that in these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to the interested parties.
3. Right of withdrawal
3.1. The Customer shall be entitled to exercise the right to cancel the purchase, in order to return the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: The period for canceling the purchase of the Product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt; In case of cancellation of the purchase, the Product must be returned to us in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories
3.2. The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the "cancel order" topic. The expenses arising from collection or posting of the Product shall be borne by Americanas.com or the Partner.
3.3. LM is exempt from the obligation to cancel any Product that does not meet the requirements listed in this provision.
4. Exchange and return policy:
4.1. All occurrences involving exchange or return shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Defense Code.
4.2. The Customer must request the exchange or return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the "cancel order" topic.
4.3. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.
4.4. After the Product arrives at the Distribution Center, we will check whether the above conditions have been met. If so, we will arrange for the refund or exchange of the Product in accordance with the request made by the Customer.
