​We use Design and Culture to achieve the 17 SDGs

Lucas Melara holds a Master's degree in Design from the FAAC/UNESP Bauru Postgraduate Program, in the Product Planning area, where he also earned a Bachelor's degree in Design. He is part of the Contemporary Design Research Group: Systems, Objects, Culture, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Mônica Moura. He is a collaborator of the Solidarity Design Laboratory - LabSol, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Ana Beatriz Pereira de Andrade and Adriana Yumi Sato Duarte. Lucas researches the relationship between Design, the 17 SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals in the creative economy, where he also works as chief designer at LM & Companhia, a design and culture agency for social impact.
